Pak Choi

Just to confuse the issue, Chinese Cabbage is a term used for both Chinese Leaf (Pe-Tsai) and Pak Choi.

Pak Choi contains 105mg calcium and 37mg phosphorous. It provides 45mg vitamin C per 100gm.

Chinese leaf (Pe-Tsai) contains 77mg calcium and 29mg phosphorous and supplies 27mg vitamin C per 100mg.
