We do not offer free samples of our products (please do not contact us asking for free samples), we do donate raffle prizes and auction prizes to genuine rabbit and guinea pig charities and clubs.

We do supply veterinary surgeries with our products for resale in the practice, we do not sell our products in bulk or on a wholesale basis to retailers or individuals.

The information you give us on the Contact Us form is stored in our database and used only to respond to that specific enquiry.

We do not share this information with any other party.

Once we have responded to your enquiry satisfactorily you can ask for the information in the contact form to be removed from our database.
