Delivery Information
Emails from DPD
You should receive emails from DPD telling you the day and time of delivery. The email will adress you by name and include your order ID.
WARNING:- If you receive an email addressed to “Dear Customer” with an unknown order ID saying your parcel could not be delivered and demanding a redelivery charge it is a phishing email. DO NOT click on any links. There are other telltale signs such as spelling errors, for example “An additional delivery fee of 2,38 £” and a spoofed from address such as “shipment@dpdgroup.co.uk.a”
Information for the Carrier
You can add directions when you order if the delivery address is hard to find; advise on which neighbours can recieve the parcel if you are not in to receive it or specify a safe place where the parcel can be left without a signature. The driver will take a photo of the delivery in lieu of a signature.

*If you are in a newly built house, live in a remote location or have recently been allocated a new post code, DPD may have a problem finding the delivery address in their database. Should this occur we will advise you and send that order via Royal Mail.
